Enhancements

• Weekly review now available on Windows: Now you can plan you next week by evaluating which Areas, Desires, and  Ambitions need attention based on your journaling last week
• Easier to use details pages for Pursuit, Ambition, Desire, and Area, that are similar across all platforms.

Bugs fixed

• Mini Card title did not update when the title text was changed in Notes Editor
• Notes Editor gave an error when inserting a To Do Checkbox on a new line
• New Card button gave an error if another card wasn't already selected
